Free Reading Punch Card: Autumn Edition!

I had such a fun time making the summer reading punch card, that I decided to make an autumn edition!

Right click the above image to save to your computer, or keep scrolling for the PDF.

This one features a girl asking for apples from the bookworm (the keeper of books…and apples). Use stickers or a hole punch to mark every time you read a book. When you get to the last apple, you get a treat!

(P.S. If 8 is too much, just set the number ahead of time! When you’ve reached your last book, you can just punch the golden apple.)

Treat Ideas

  • A new book! (Might I suggest something from my publisher, Lost Island Press?)
  • A bookish bookmark (Etsy has soooo many options)
  • A bookish t-shirt (I love these)
  • A new notebook
  • Create an Instagram carousel in Canva with your ratings and thoughts on each book. Be sure to tag the authors to give them some love.
  • A cozy blanket or sweater to make Winter Reading even more cozy

In case you’re reading in the future…

So far, I’ve illustrated a summer and fall reading punch card. You can download both for free! I recommend printing on cardstock, or even getting it printed at Staples or Office Depot for best quality.
